    If you are shopping around for an excellent listing agent, be sure to ask the agents you decide to interview about their years of experience, what sets them apart and how they will plan to work for you.  


    Our meeting will start with a lot of listening.  I am naturally interested in your goals, your hesitations, what attracted you to your house in the beginning, etc, etc.  


    Homes are full of memories, and history.  In my experience, part of selling a home is sharing some of those favorite stories with potential buyers (of course, only what you as the seller deem ok to share).  While buyers cannot share much about themselves, because of Fair Housing laws, who is to say, Sellers can't share what they have loved about the home to potential buyers via their agent?


    Sometimes selling, is all about making a match and building connections.  I am, of course, very interested in my connection with my client, how I truly listen to them, and work towards getting them the very best results.  


    But, I am also well connected and respected within my very large network of Real Estate peers.  We need these peers, as they may very well have a buyer  agency contract with THE qualified buyer that is most likely to buy your home and spend the most money...so continuing to always be very accessible when other agents call me helps more buyers want to write offers and ultiimately helps you sell for higher!


    As a side note, 2024 was the first year a magazine has been produced for Realtors called Rochester Real Producers. It is specifically for and about Realtors, and only given to and about the Top 300 Realtors (of 3500+) in our larger Rochester market based on the prior year's sales.  The magazine secured the information directly from our sales statistcs and the results are undeniable.  No one can pay for a spot.  I  was so humbled and truly  honored to know I ranked 133 of the top Realtors in our market....competing against agents with much longer established careers.  While I am not so interested normally in my own ranking, I want to always be number 1, "can't be beat," in my clients' eyes, so I work extremely hard to make sure my clients are extremely satisfied with my execution, marketing, showing management, negotiations, and follow-through throughout the process.
